Essenti\u00eble entiteiten tonen maturiteit op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging aan. Dit omvat sectoren zoals <strong>energie, vervoer, gezondheid, financi\u00ebn, digitale infrastructuur en openbaar bestuur<\/strong>.<br \/>Niet-naleving kan leiden tot <strong>audits, corrigerende maatregelen en administratieve boetes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Het centrum voor cybersecurity in Belgi\u00eb heeft een tool ontwikkeld om erachter te komen of uw entiteit onder de NIS2-wet valt of niet. Verwijs naar dit <a href=\"https:\/\/atwork.safeonweb.be\/fr\/tools-resources\/guide-de-demarrage-rapide-avec-nis2\">link <\/a>om de tool te vinden.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-obligations-of-essential-and-important-entities-under-the-nis2-law-belgium\"><strong>Verplichtingen van essenti\u00eble en belangrijke entiteiten uit hoofde van de NIS2-wet (Belgi\u00eb)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De Belgische NIS2-wet, die de EU-richtlijn 2022\/2555 omzet, legt verschillende cyberbeveiligingsverplichtingen op aan entiteiten die worden geacht: <strong>essentieel<\/strong> of <strong>belangrijk<\/strong> voor het functioneren van de samenleving en de economie.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-registration\"><strong>1. Registratie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Entiteiten die binnen het toepassingsgebied van de NIS2-wet vallen, moeten <strong>Inschrijven bij het Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB)<\/strong> via het Safeonweb@work platform. Deze registratie is verplicht en zorgt ervoor dat de CCB effectief toezicht kan houden op en ondersteuning kan bieden aan deze entiteiten.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-cybersecurity-risk-management-measures\"><strong>2. Maatregelen voor risicobeheer op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Zowel essenti\u00eble als belangrijke entiteiten zijn verplicht om te implementeren <strong>passende technische, operationele en organisatorische maatregelen<\/strong> om cyberbeveiligingsrisico\u2019s te beheren. Deze maatregelen hebben tot doel:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beveiligde netwerk- en informatiesystemen.<\/li>\n<li>Voorkom incidenten.<\/li>\n<li>Minimaliseer de impact van incidenten op klanten en diensten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Beveiliging van de toeleveringsketen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essenti\u00eble en belangrijke entiteiten moeten passende en evenredige maatregelen nemen voor het beheer van cyberbeveiligingsrisico\u2019s in hun toeleveringsketen. Dit is de reden waarom veel bedrijven buiten het NIS2-bereik CyFun\u00ae gebruiken om <strong>versterken van de governance op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging<\/strong> Of omdat een <strong>klant, leverancier of partner vereist bewijs van naleving<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-notification-of-significant-incidents\"><strong>5. Kennisgeving van significante incidenten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Entiteiten moeten alle <strong>significante incidenten<\/strong> naar de <strong>nationaal CSIRT<\/strong>, die in Belgi\u00eb de <strong>CCB<\/strong>. Dit omvat:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incidenten die ernstige operationele verstoringen veroorzaken.<\/li>\n<li>Incidenten met mogelijke grensoverschrijdende gevolgen.<\/li>\n<li>Financi\u00eble of reputatieschade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het rapportageproces omvat:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Initi\u00eble kennisgeving<\/strong> binnen 24 uur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gedetailleerd incidentrapport<\/strong> binnen 72 uur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eindverslag<\/strong> binnen een maand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-obligations-for-management\"><strong>4. Verplichtingen voor het beheer<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>De <strong>beheersorganen<\/strong> van de NIS2-entiteiten zijn verantwoordelijk voor:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goedkeuring van maatregelen voor het beheer van cyberbeveiligingsrisico\u2019s en toezicht op de uitvoering ervan.<\/li>\n<li>Na een opleiding om ervoor te zorgen dat hun kennis en vaardigheden toereikend zijn voor identiteitsrisico's en behandeling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In geval van niet-naleving, <strong>Het management kan aansprakelijk worden gesteld<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-supervision\"><strong>5. Toezicht<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Essenti\u00eble entiteiten<\/strong> moet ondergaan <strong>regelmatige nalevingsbeoordelingen<\/strong>, waarbij een van de volgende opties wordt gekozen:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CyberFundamentals-certificering of -verificatie.<\/li>\n<li>ISO\/IEC 27001-certificering.<\/li>\n<li>Audit door de auditdienst van de CCB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Belangrijke entiteiten<\/strong> mag niet regelmatig aan een nalevingsbeoordeling worden onderworpen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Sanctie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essenti\u00eble en belangrijke entiteiten die hun verplichtingen niet nakomen, kunnen worden onderworpen aan een reeks administratieve maatregelen en boetes.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moet ik mijn cybersecurity-volwassenheid wettelijk aantonen?
