Trust Check

How does a verification mission take place?

Before any verification, we carry out a feasibility review based on the information provided by your organisation. You will be asked to submit:

• Your claim
• Evidences to support your claim
• Other information about your business

We then confirm whether your file is eligible for official verification.

Once the agreement is signed, we prepare a tailored verification plan, taking into account:

• Required resources
• The type of evidence to be collected by us
• The schedule of activities

This plan is validated by you before it is launched.

A Trust Check verifier examines your documents, conducts an interview, and compares your statements against the evidence.

The verifier then drafts a comprehensive report that includes:
• Any discrepancies identified
• Details of the objective evidence reviewed

This report can be used by you. It can be shared with customers, suppliers, insurers, or authorities as independent proof of compliance.

The report is reviewed by a second reviewer who was not involved in the mission. This independent review evaluates:

• Relevance of the evidence
• Compliance with the process and the verification program

At the end of this process, a final decision is made regarding the validity of your claim, and an official verification statement is issued to you.
